Minimum Requirements:
- Flight Experience: Minimum of 250 hours total time,
- Licensing: CAA licence holder with a current Class 1 medical.
- Residency: Unrestricted right to live and work in UK
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.
Assessment and Selection Process:
- Online Assessment: All new pilots must complete a 'Work Related Behavioral' assessment as the first step.
- Interviews: Successful candidates will be invited for an interview with our People team and Flight Operations team.
- Simulator Assessment: Candidates who succeed in the interview will progress to a Simulator Assessment.
- Type Rating Course: Upon successful completion of all stages, candidates will be offered a place on a Type Rating Course.
