The Line Maintenance Production Planner reports to the Line Maintenance Manager and works alongside the duty Airworthiness Control Engineer in the Operations Control Centre at Emerald Airlines Head Office at Hangar 5 Dublin Airport.
The role:
Duties and responsibilities:
- Review all line schedule maintenance against the relevant Manuals to ensure required parts, consumables, expendables, Tooling and equipment are added to the Workorder and in place prior to work commencing.
- Ensure Manual access is available CMM, AMM etc notify CAMO if an issue.
- Contacting and coordinating required manpower / NDT requirement, borescope etc.
- Provide feedback to Planning Department adjustment in planning of task.
- Review all up and coming HILs against the Manual for Spares stock.
- Issuing orders to move stock to ensure station stock levels are maintained
- Ensure items required to support a HIL are at the base.
- Monitor Station parts alert for consumables stock and adjust station requirements / move stock between bases as required notifying the materials department to replenish stock.
- Monitor Manpower and Manhours to ensure sufficient to complete the planned task.
- Liaise with the Planning department and Airworthiness Control Engineer (ACE) and Materials department through the various internal communication channels highlighting any issues foreseen with completing tasks.
About you:
- Ability to quickly interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Component Maintenance Manuals, Structural Repair Manuals.
- Proven analytical Skills
- Able to work independently and make decisions
- Proficiency in the use of Office applications
- Proficiency in the use of AMOS an advantage.
- Enthusiastic and flexible team member with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Eligible to live and work in the EU
- Eligible to travel the EU freely
- Able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure which includes a 5 - year background check* or be in possession of a current airside pass for the airport this position is based in.
- Holder of an EASA / UK CAA Part 66 Licence having worked on the ATR aircraft a distinct advantage
- Prior Experience in a similar role / working with the planning of maintenance on the ATR 72 type aircraft a distinct advantage
